「The staff at the Hotel do a very good job of keeping their clientele happy and satisfied. Most of their rooms have been renovated or re furnished nicely 」

「Absolutely loved our stay at the Heritage Hotel in Augusta! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Augusta, close to everything. Our room was beautifully laid out, well equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. 「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」
