"This place was not busy last week. We could do everything we wanted without crowds. They were doing roofing so that was noisy. The condo had everything g we needed. Owners there have dogs that bark a lot! Very secure building."

"I loved the location of this unit. You can literally ski right to the condo. The hottub is also located just outside your balcony. It was a pretty easy walk down to the lifts and restaurants. "

"This is a great motel to stay at. The room we had was spacious and very clean. The location of the motel is another plus. It's right across the street from the Old Town Hot Springs (which they have discounted rates) and right next to 3rd Street in case you are going to Strawberry Hot Springs. Besides easy access to the Hot Springs, it is in downtown Steamboat Springs, so everything is within walking distance. As I mentioned, the room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The buildings and grounds are well maintained. We will definitely be staying there again next year when we visit Strawberry Hot Springs."
