“Nice historical home only a couple blocks to central Steamboat. We walked to every bar, restaurant and shop that we visited. The home has some features that shows it's age, but it was completely fine for my buddy and myself. It is also surrounded by a babbling creek, which is very pleasant when walking to the carport in the backyard. I highly recommend as long as you are fine with an older home. ”
