“Leisha's place was the perfect spot for a solo retreat after a long year of work and life demands. The creek's "song" is so present and clean there, and I was refreshed!! Everything one could expect to need was provided, plus extra. (I bought some wood and left it there even though they have a covered pile). I made a fire by the creek, floated in the creek, listened to and played music on the porch with some coffee, or a glass of wine, and cooked a couple of meals in the fully equipped kitchen.……

“We enjoyed the home - it had several nice aspects. Very clean, good kitchen, the king bed was super-comfortable, and the many options in lighting and ceiling fans was appreciated. The screened porch overlooking the forest with the sound of the river in the background was wonderful – well furnished with rockers, tables and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals, without bugs! “was absolutely beautiful. I wanted to be secluded and away from the world and that’s exactly what this place gave me. It has a beautiful history and the place is absolutely breathtaking the mountains are gorgeous and the hot tub was perfect. The drive up is a little scary in a car (I was in a Nissan Sentra) and had no issues though but going down is a lot easier lol. It’s a beautiful place I loved it hope to stay again. ”

“host was very accommodating and communicative. the house is very cute and the decor was a stunner. they even had a cute christmas tree lit up in the front window at arrival - nice touch. my kids loved the bunk beds and board games. nice towels and bedding. has both a reg coffee maket and a keurig. the views to and at the property are beautiful. the neighborhood is quiet and cute.”

“This was an old, but renovated, motel. Very clean room including clean beds/sheets, spotless bathroom, working fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. Beds very comfortable. The sink (vanity) was in the bedroom (like we've encountered in Europe), and its positioning in the room was slightly inconvenient, but it was clean and the light was good. No problem for us. I'd definitely recommend the place, but don't expect a high end Sheraton or Hilton.”
