“If you want a grab and go breakfast, this place is for you. I believe it was only instant oatmeal, yogurt, and some sort of pastry from a box. ”

“Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. ”

“Our initially assigned room had a bed frame structure issue which required getting a new room. The front desk was very helpful and patient with this! Then the highway noise was a little unavoidable - but it really only took off in the early morning.”

“We only saw one staff member. He was at the front desk and very nice. Continental breakfast was a joke. Lousy coffee and a hostess Twinkie type pastry. For almost the same price or a few bucks more there’s much better quality in the area.”

“We booked on here because the pet fee said $40. But we got there after booking and they said it was $75. It was to late to change or cancel. So please go to website of hotel and see what they say the fee is. EXPEDIA doesnt update their websites.. We booked two rooms and one room the tub leaked and the hot water in that room wasn't hot. Breakfast was okay. ”

“The room we we given had a malfunctioning thermostat and AC unit. When I went down the front desk she said we could just unplug the AC. She said she knew about it but still put us in the that. When I asked why she did that she said”She didn’t think it was a big deal” We it was. You don’t tell people to unplug 220V plugs. She never offered to move us although the hotel was not full. Very poor customer service.”

“The room had a noticeable odor and the cleanliness was poor, which actually made me decide against having breakfast there due to hygiene concerns. There was also no hand soap provided. I didn't make a big deal of it since it was only a one-night stay, but I am not sure I would choose to stay here again.”
