Super 8 by Wyndham Montgomery Maybrook

"I stayed at the Super 8 in Montgomery, which also serves as a semi truck stop. The hotel is older and could use some updates, but my room was clean enough and everything worked — AC, TV, plumbing, etc. The room looked dated, and there were a few cigarette burns on the sheets, but I didn’t see any bugs and the bed was clean. Staff were helpful and respectful. Parking was good, including space for trucks. There’s also a gas station with a convenience store about two minutes away, which makes it easy to grab supplies. Breakfast was free with a modest selection: bagels, bread, milk, oatmeal, bananas, and boiled eggs. Not a lot of options, but enough to start the day.There’s no elevator, so keep that in mind if you’re carrying heavy bags. Overall, it’s an older, basic hotel that works fine for a quick stay, especially if you’re stopping through with a semi. It was just my dad and I, we had no issues. Thank you! RK"

"The rooms were clean and very spacious, the view was incredîble. The only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars is the lack of details and the amenities. You would expect some nice soaps and shampoos not cheap push bottles , there were no wine glasses in the room. The bathroom was huge and beautiful but you could tell the grout was starting to get dirty. Overall great hotel and would go back at the price we got it from hotels but wouldn’t pay the full price"
