Great space, location, and management

Very cute lower unit with tons of space, comfy couch, laundry room, private garage, and dog run. The unit was very clean, top to bottom. The management company were stellar, available at any time when we needed some extra toiletries. There are beautiful homes going up in this neighborhood, the location was perfect to go to Snowbasin’s Octoberfest and Pineview Reservoir in Huntsville. Lee’s across the street was super convenient for groceries as well as their daily fresh sushi specials and hot bar. We will be returning to this community and booking with Utah Homes and Vacation rentals again!
