Our stay was fantastic! Stacy at the front desk on our arrival was amazing. Our room had a thermostat issue and she quickly moved us to another room. There were also other things she did as well to accommodate us. The place is spotless. Good fitness area. Good free breakfast.

Don’t waste your money/sanity

Had to move rooms 3 times. Ants in first room. They came in room and sprayed pesticide while I was out even though I had a sign on door. The smell was so bad it gave me a migraine. The housekeeper stated they had tried to get rid of them before. So they knew it was an issue. Second room had lady bugs and falling apart shown in pics. The second room was too small Also based on our needs at booking. Cold showers everyday. Front desk has no authority to do anything besides check in/out. No manager on duty. Would not even allow us a refund to check out early even though they had horrible issues. Could not check safe to see if there was my face wash left behind in one of the 3 moves. The breakfast was good and the lady in the food area was super sweet. Other than that the rest of the front desk staff was rude and not accommodating. Only saw a person if you rang a bell to receive service. At checkout they could not print a receipt since I book on hotels.com. First time I have ever experienced that when using this site. The confirmation number given by hotel is not recognized by IHG so I cannot post a review there. The was by far the worst Holiday Inn Express and Suites I have ever stayed and would not suggest it to anyone. I assume if you had no needs or complaints it would give you a place to sleep and a good breakfast. But if you need any additional assistance or have concerns you will leave mad and unsatisfied. I would book next door at Hampton Inn if I needed a place again.

We went to a concert in Mountain Home and when we go up there, we always stay at Holiday Inn express the rooms are always fabulous. The staff is overwhelmingly friendly. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are clean. We love the rolling shower

The room was cold and empty. No radio, no clock, small king bed setting low to the floor. Commode small and low like for a child and three water stains on the ceiling as if it has been leaking. Really poor example of holiday inn suites.
