Price was fantastic, very clean, super friendly staff. We will be coming back because of the good!!! Downfall was parking (we pull a trailer - no trailer parking), no breakfast as advertised online (but for the price is worth it), and in need of repairs (but again for the price - not a biggie). I will absolutely be back to this super friendly, clean, and affordable hotel.

Pleasant Surprise

Pleasant check-in. We had requested "comfort rooms" which was more recently remodeled so we all were pleased with the rooms. They were a surprisingly good value for the price.

Well it says they have coffee and pastries in the morning but they have nothing out there. Luckily I'm not a coffee drinker because they dont even have in room coffee.

Check in was pleasant. Lots of smoking outside the rooms and I could smell it. The ash tray was right by our room so we moved it. Sheets and towels needed a deep cleaning maybe with Clorox. We were glad to get the room for the eclipse viewing.

Very Noisy, vehicles and people outside the rooms. Also, someone kept dropping loud items down the walkway. Non smoking room wreaked of smoke. Tv reception did not work. Only had static. 2 roaches less than 2 hours after being in the room. Stray cats running around everywhere.

They didn't have the room I reserved. Had to pay more money to upgrade to a room they had available. The sink wouldn't drain. The light above the table, and one of the bedside lights didn't work.

Room was dirty, floors, restroom dirty. Floor planks peeling, black mold in bath, dead bugs everywhere. Blood splatter and body fluids on walls. Walls had been patched. Room looked like it was a crime scene.

I was outside on the phone with My son's doctor at Children's Hospital in Little Rock Ar. And some guy walked around the corner and in a angry voice said mf i will gd kill you and stared me down the whole time be was walking.!!
