「The continental breakfast had several options, eggs, bacon, ham, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal, bagel …. The waffle machine was broken The pool area was nice, but the sauna wasn’t working. Afternoon staff wasn’t very attentive at the little bar/lounge area 」

「Breakfast only good part if the stay….pool out of order, bubblers were out of order, the ice machine on our floor 1st was out of order…laundry soap vending machine was out of order…..also in our room the shower door wouldn’t stay closed and the toilet seat was round when the toilet was oval…property just seemed very poor maintenance and for the price we paid, could use the pool, etc…no accommodation for these problems was even offered….」

There were a few minor issues with the room: very low hot water pressure, no conger space around the advertised kitchen, spartan looking room (cinder block walls with no decor) and one bed with a sagging mattress and defunct frame. 」
