"Overall, my family had a great experience. There were a few minor issues with the hotel amenities. The sink had a slow drain, the tv remote barely worked, the ice machine near us broke down. Minor issues. I enjoyed my stay. It was nice to get away. The hot tub was amazing. We enjoyed the lazy river. The kids had fun in the arcades. The convenience of being across the street from the park and close to Lake George Village for a reasonable price. It was worth the stay."
"This 1800’s hotel is so beautiful. Our room was perfect. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom is updated. Enjoyed having coffee on the deck. The staff was so welcoming but never intrusive or awkward. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast but they have coffee and there is a diner and cafe within short walking distance. They have restaurant that serves dinner, we did not have a chance to dine there.
There is a lake with a beach within 10 minutes drive. I would love to return in the fall or winter."
"We absolutely loved our recent stay at Huttopia. This was our first experience “glamping” and we didn't really know what to expect. I packed so many camping essentials and didn’t need any of it. The tents are so well stocked with kitchen supplies, portable lanterns, chairs for around the fire, and gas grills on the deck. Tents have ceiling fans and adequate lighting. Anything you didn’t bring you could find in the camp store for the most part. They sold ice and firewood also which was a huge plus. The main lodge area was so cool with a fire pit where they did s’mores for the kids, a playground, heated pool and a whole deck with different games. They also have corn hole, board games, a fire place and other things inside and outside. The yoga class, rock painting for the kids, and tables to eat breakfast are all in the same vicinity on the upper deck so we spent our mornings with our group all doing something different but we were together which was really cool / fun. Willow did the rock painting with the kids and she was so great with them! Crepes and coffee were so delicious! They also served lunch and dinner items as well as non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages but we didn’t personally have anything other than breakfast there. I loved that this was the “hub” or home base. The beds are surprisingly super comfortable and we were nice and cool at night. We all slept so well. The property is beautiful and centrally located. We will absolutely be visiting Huttopia again!!"
