“Excellent hotel in a beautiful city ”

“Prima (ruime) kamers, goede bedden, mooie wellness, ruim voldoende ontbijtbuffet. Niet veel restaurants in omgeving, maar eigen restaurant had goed eten tegen een goede prijs.”

“The hotel has a parking place, but it is very narrow. And it is not free. They will let you know about that only after you drive in from the gate and take a receipt that you need to show in the reception. English of the receptionist was well enough. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Bed was horrible, because it was way too soft. Someone might like it though. Wi-Fi worked fine. I have been to several ibis Styles hotels in Poland and so far this was the worst.”

“Great hotel with perfect restaurant but.... 1. house keeping trolley was next to my doors for two days - really there is no space than upper floor just in front of room? 2. restaurant service - I was alone in restaurant and your waiter haven't seen my presence - talking loud about situations in restaurant with his colleague. 3. Next day had to move from restaurant to bar due to group dinner - I was only one more table occupied with me - heard discussion of waitresses behind the bar - after 10……

“Obiekt pięknie położony, ale daleko od centrum. Pokoje to jakiś dramat, dostaliśmy pokój wielkości 5 m2 z małym oknem i skośnym dachem, nawet szafy w nim nie było. Klaustrofobia. Niestety po obejrzeniu pokoju zrezygnowaliśmy z pobytu.”

“Everything was all right. Very nice hotel, nice location, just if you don’t have a car, you need to walk to the steep hill (although manageable). ”

“przebywaliśmy w hotelu 5 dni. Celem wyjazdu był relaks z nartami. Po nartach korzystaliśmy z masaży w SPA i basenu. Śniadania smaczne i obfite. Obsługa miła i uczynna. Spędziliśmy mile pobyt i wyjechaliśmy zadowoleni. Wysoko oceniamy te kilka dni pobytu w hotelu ELBRUS w Szczyrku.”

“The mattress was in terrible condition it was hard to sleep on the. Asked for a different room with better mattress they said they are all the same”

“Very friendly and helpful staff, especially in the restaurant. Clean rooms, very cozy great amenities for all 4 seasons. Lots of ground to explore and the food was very good. A big bonus is the off-grid location views, fresh air, and quietness”
