Hot Springs Mountain Valley Spring Water Visitor Center Hotels

"Needs a lot of work in a lot of areas! Beds and Pillows were awful at best - pillows were the size of couch throw pillows…no kidding. Beds made an awful metallic grinding sound every time you moved and everything rolled to the center. A solid 2/10 - if I had it to do all over again..I’d chose something else."

"The hotel says it’s under construction and gosh does it need to be! Our bathroom was falling apart badly. The king bed frame was very noisy - Along with the neighbors bed - banging loudly against our wall!! Staff was pleasant but not very interested in our room review during checkout "

"Check in and check out went fine. Was way too expensive for how run down it was. Could be cleaned better. Mildew smell. Waffle makers at breakfast didn't cook all the way but the rest seemed fine. Walls are very thin. Was woke up at 4am by our neighbor blasting the tv and i didn't get any sleep. Tried calling front desk to help with no answer. Ac worked great. Low water pressure in sink. Parking on one side of building and walking through and up stairs was annoying. "

"Just what we wanted! We stayed at the Cedar Blossom Bungalow 2/23/2026 - 2/27/2026. The bungalow is clean and conveniently located. We could walk to Central Street in 10 minutes. The state parks we visited and the botanical garden were within 30 minutes drive.The bed was very comfortable and the house was well stockecd. We will definitely stay again when visiting the area!"
