Great cabin and property

The cabin was cozy and quiet but close to restaurants and sights. A beautiful setting with the White River basically in the back yard. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. We will stay there again.

Loved this adorable place right on the river!

Loved this adorable place right on the river! We went trout fishing and cooked them in the fire pit with the beautiful river view. Loved the Murphy bed too. Great location. Close to Mirror lake and lots of restaurants. Would stay here again!

Fishing Getaway

We had an awesome time staying in the lower deck. Such a nice and cozy cabin right on the river with a beautiful view of the bluff and river. Was able to just walk right out and fish right at the cabin. Will definitely be back.

Mountain View in July

The view of the river from the property was awesome. Fast running river, several fishing boats with people relaxing and fishing, mist rising from the river in the early morning - all so beautiful. Laughing children and dog playing near the water was precious. We are elderly, thus a lower bed and a recliner would have been nice. The television and coffee pot were easy to use. We had a relaxing get away.

Cute house, lovely river views

House was clean and has a great back deck, large yard, and beautiful views of the White River. Unfortunately, the bed in the bedroom was too tall for my son to get into and sleep in safely, which hampered our sleeping plans. Also, beyond the river is a highway which kind of dampened the natural vibe. Otherwise, the neighborhood was very quiet and the living spaces were nice.

Relaxing time

I can not say enough, how much we enjoyed the cabin! Our pups had the best time too. The local neighbors that live there year round were so nice! River was high from the heavy rains, but still caught 3 fish. Oh, not to mention; I locked us out of the cabin. Had the front door dead bolt locked and went out the back door, and so the coded front door wouldn't open. Maintenance was there very quickly to save the day.

This place is so beautiful and romantic.

This place is so beautiful and romantic. The view is amazing. We spent the first night out on the deck drinking wine and just listening to the river. Another night we had a small fire, Coffee outside every morning. We added a day while there! The river is super cold and fast, but there is a little walk in area that we used to splash around. We have two small children ages 2 & 5, so the river was a bit much for them Older kids and adults would be able to enjoy it more. The house is a 15 minute drive to the caverns, which are amazing, and the folk center, which is also totally worth half a day! I'm ready to move to Mountain View! It's a dry county though, so plan accordingly.

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the cabin and that it was well maintained. The management company was hands on to ensure everything was as expected and made sure we didn’t need anything. The location was great…only a couple miles to town and good restaurants. Loved the deck overlooking the river and the ability to shore fish right out the door. We also appreciated being able to bring our fur baby. It was the perfect cabin for us…we’ll be back. Everything was great with exception of the bed mattress…it was starting to show wear with body divots on both sides that made you slide to the middle of the bed and into your partner. It was also a little too firm, but we survived. It’s our only complaint…everything else was great!

clean decorated very cute bed was more than firm me husband agree was one miserable night bed was like tring to sleep on floor mattress appeared to be new and soft to touch but laying down on it was soooo hard maybe a topper would help. Blankets on bed way too small There was another blanket in closet but did not smell fresh .i went to wal-mart bought a blanket.The second night used the murphy bed no sheets to be found for bed.there were sheets and blankets in cabinet in living area stuff in a big wad there was not doubt was not clean. maybe these were pet sheets to cover furniture? Very dimly lite had to outside to put make-up on. Both toilet seats coming off was nice to have to bath
