There is no shortage of room in this modern three level lake house, with four spacious bedrooms, two lounges, two bathrooms and a large rumpus room with ping pong for the kids.

Lake Rotoiti is literally at your doorstep - so bring the boat or use the kayaks provided to explore the lake and surrounds. Rotorua city is only 15 minutes away and Okere Falls is even closer - with the Okere Falls waterfalls, cafe and store, as well as Rotorua Ziplining and Rotorua Rafting all just 5 minutes away.

This spacious modern home, set on the shores of Lake Rotoiti has everything you need for a memorable escape away with friends or family. Experience all Rotorua has to offer from this relaxed, lakeside destination with room for all the family.

The kitchen is generously sized and fully equipped with quality appliances and cookware. The dining room and lower lounge both open up on to a large deck overlooking the lake. This space is perfect for alfresco dining and outdoor entertaining with its BBQ, outdoor lounge suite and sun umbrella.

The ground level hosts a double garage sized rumpus room, where you'll find the table tennis table and dart board. Two kayaks are also stored in here, which you're welcome to take exploring out on the lake.

And if that wasn't enough - there's even room for the boat or jet ski! Launch at the Okawa Bay boat ramp just around the corner and moor at the jetty in front of the house. Or catch the water taxi to the renowned local Rotoiti hot pools - the opportunities for lakeside adventures here are endless.

Rotorua city is only 15 minutes away! Its also only 45 minutes to the beach at Mount Maunganui

There is plenty of off street parking at the property. 2-3 vehicles will fit in the carport area at the bottom of the driveway, and there is also room on the front grass lawn for boat trailers and extra cars.

The Okawa Bay boat ramp is located just around the corner in Okawa Bay Road. Boats can be launched here and moored at the jetty in front of the house. The house has a 1/4 share of the jetty, the other 3/4 is shared by neighbours.

Rotorua City is a 15 minute drive away.

There are two convenience stores just around the corner for basic needs The Okere Store is a short 5 minute drive away with tasty food, coffee and beer.

The Rotoiti Water Shuttle does transfers to and from the renowned Rotoiti hot pools in the middle of the lake. A must do when visiting!

Rotoiti Lake Escape is located on the shores of beautiful Lake Rotoiti, and is an easy 15 minutes drive from central Rotorua.

The Mourea Mini Mart and Happy Angler Store are both within walking distance, for convenience foods and takeaways. A five minute drive north east will have you arrive at the Okere Store, for beautiful meals, coffee and beer. From here you can visit the Okere Falls waterfalls or go whitewater rafting down the Kaituna River.

Rotoiti is a popular spot for boaties and has the accessible-by-boat only Manupiria Hot Springs on its shores.

Hells Gate is only 10 minutes away, with its world famous geothermal walks and mud baths.

The Rotorua Redwoods is home to some of the best mountain biking trails in the world and is also only 15 minutes away.

Rotorua CBD is an easy 15 minute drive from the lake house.

The airport is only 7km away, heading towards town.

If you fancy a change from lake to sea- Papamoa Beach is only 45 minutes away.

Rotorua has taxi and Uber as well as a central bus system.

Fresh commercial linen provided for you (sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bath mat, hand towel, face cloths and bath towel for each guest).

This is a much loved family owned home, so we ask that you respect this when visiting.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
As the property has unfenced access to the lake, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.

The garden area that leads to the waterfront has a retained section with a drop to grass so all guests should take extra care in this area due to the risk of falls.

Young children will require supervision around the staircase and balcony areas.

We have a strict no party policy here. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
