“Room was basic but functionable. Dinner was ok. Had the moussaka for dinner it was ok on the small side for the price and a bit dry. Only stayed 1 night ”

“We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. I was able to dive the elephant and seal caves which were fantastic. There’s a nearby dive shop. I highly recommend Blue Adventures Diving. The beach is small and quaint with nice……

“Property was right on the beach., which was awesome! Very large but very well laid out . Never felt crowded. Many pools to choose from & beach loungers all had umbrellas & were very comfortable . Pool towel service needs improvement. Have to pick up towels at the spa . 3x during our stay there were no towels available. For the caliber of hotel clean beach towels should have been provided in the room daily. Bathroom lacked towel racks or sufficient hooks ( only 2_for bath towels). Hand towels……

“We were initially disappointed to hear a week before arrival that the honeymoon suite was unavailable due to repairs, but what followed was nothing short of wonderful. Our replacement room was beautiful, and the moment we saw those dramatic, serene mountain views, any lingering "what ifs" melted away. It’s the perfect escape to slow down and breathe. Even the winding, adventure-filled drive there makes the arrival feel earned. The food was another major highlight with fresh, healthy breakfasts……

“The room was super clean and the staff were always helpful and joyous. The location is great with a beach on the other side of the road and a short car trip to Old Town. Food was surprisingly good, we chose to eat there a couple of nights.”

“Beautiful newer oceanfront property that has excellent service and amenities. All rooms face the ocean with about half having balconies. Sunset views over the Aegean Sea are amazing. If you plan to get in the sea near the property make sure you bring water shoes along. They also have saltwater pool which is luxurious along with spa. Food quality and service is excellent. Hotel is about a 20-25 min walk to the harbor area and flat so easy to walk.”

“Great spot! Only one real bad thing, there was an awful sewage smell in the lobby every day. Not sure what is happening but they need to fix that. Breakfast was subpar, lots of options but I couldn’t find something that I really liked. Location was great, lots of restaurants around and not far from the main area.”

“The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time.……

“The hotel and staff were fantastic. We got to eat our breakfast every morning on our balcony looking into the bay around Chania. We liked the location and did not mind making use of the local taxis to spend time in the town where there were plenty of excellent restaurants. The staff were first rate and we wanted for nothing. Would recommend anyone to visit this hotel and Chania.”

“Wonderful staff that help you a lot. During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.”

“We had a fabulous time. Spent a week at Elia Agia in Chania. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially George!! Greeted us with a smile every morning and chatted about what local things to do and what to avoid. Our friends and my husband and I highly recommend it and hope to return soon for another visit.”

“很愉快的入住經驗！我們被upgrade到海景套房，景觀真的很好！樓下就是熱鬧的海邊，雖然我們住一樓，關上窗就已經聽不到外面的熱鬧了，隔音做得好好呢！房間有點小，但很有設計感~ 設備都很好，好喜歡~ 距離巴士總站走路要上十五分鐘，我們淡季前往的，沿車路走夜晚很靜很暗但安全的，沿海邊走就比較熱鬧光猛。”

“Friendly staff at the front desk and bar! They stayed late for us to check in and gave great local recommendations at the bar! Only issue with staff is we had a house keeper walk into our room without approval at 9:30 in the morning. It was a little sketchy! Pool looked nice but never used! Did get bit by something while there…could be mosquitoes or the other something else…never seen the actual bugs but had the bites….other than that, the place did seem clean, nice shower!
