“Staff was very friendly. The hotel is gated and always had someone available to open/close it. Check in and check out was a breeze. The hotel is within walking distance of a coffee shop, some local restaurants, the Savannah, gardens, zoo. There was no continental breakfast, no bar even though one was there. We didn't use the pool. Property could use some upgrades and renovation.”

“I was disappointed with my experience at St. Ann’s Guest House. While my overall stay was average, I encountered an issue involving transportation arranged through the front desk. Upon check-in, I requested assistance with arranging a TT rideshare for my airport transfer. I confirmed this request twice with the staff. On the morning of checkout, no one was at the front desk, and a man entered, identified himself as my driver, and I was directed by the staff. I don't remember the front desk……

“The space is great it needs updating though. I saw from last year other guests suggested a few things that would make a guest’s stay much more enjoyable but those things one year later has not been done. We stayed for carnival and the distance to events held in the Savannah was amazing. Message to the owner(s) toilet paper holder, towel rack, shower door or curtain, spray for ants, fix bathroom door so it can close properly, a/c in living room, new pots, paper plates, plastic forks, kettle……
