“A very modern building about 20 minutes walk from the railway station and about 30 minute walk to main shopping area, hotel situated in mostly residential areas so very quiet after 8pm in evening, otherwise fine with supemarket also 10 minutes walk away”

“Casa bonita a pie de lago. Entorno y vistas espectaculares. Destacar la atención y la rápida respuesta a todas nuestras necesidades del propietario. Fallo de la casa la cocina demasiado pequeña y sin espacios para trabajar. Lo peor y que no se indica, un baño fuera de la casa lleno de humedad. Horrible. Aconsejamos arreglar el automatismo de la verja. Carretera con mucho trafico y es dificil y peligroso la entrada y salida de coches.”

“Excellent accueil de Roberto, aux petits soins pour ses invités. Beau parc arboré et animé par des pensionnaires caquetant et brayant de temps en temps, sympathique et non bruyant. Vaste appartement conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Seul bémol, il se situe au 2ème étage sans ascenseur, difficile pour des personnes ayant des difficultés à monter une quarantaine de marches. Sinon tout est prévu pour un agréable séjour, même le cadeau de bienvenue. Merci Roberto.”

“Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock eines Mehrfamilien Hauses in Pare.Das Gebäude ist alt und feucht.Die Wohnung selbst ist die einzige Ferienwohnung, ist sehr groß und mit ital.Handwerkerkunst renoviert.Im großen Bad gibt es ein paar Schimmelecken die sehr unschön sind.Die Wohnungsausstattung ist stimmig,Geschirr und Besteck=gesammelte Werke.Das Kühlgerät,Spüler, Waschmaschine,Klima funktionieren gut.Die Betten sind super.Die Aussicht ist grandios,einfach fantastisch und entschädigt für……

“Wir haben 9 Tage in dieser herrlichen Villa verbracht. Der Empfang durch Elena Riva war überaus herzlich, mit einem liebevoll zusammengestellten Empfangspräsent. Die Villa selbst ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses und der Service waren außergewöhnlich. Wir hatten das Glück, von dort aus das Silvester-Feuerwerk über Lecco sehen zu können. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und können eine in jeder Hinsicht positive Empfehlung aussprechen!”

“Wir hatten ein Familientreffen und haben uns in der wunderschönen Villa mit dem parkähnlichen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Die großzügigen und sehr schön renovierten Zimmer haben zudem genug Rückzugsmöglichkeit geboten. Die Gegend ist gut zum Sightseeing, wandern, spazieren geeignet und Annone selbst angenehm weg vom großen Tourismus am Comer See.”

“Location: (11/10 stars). In the historic upper city very close to the funicular station. The upper city is almost entirely a pedestrian zone. All the shops, restaurants and attractions are only a few minutes walk. Airport transfer from BGY is easy just take the #1 bus, get off at the funicular and ride to the top. Cost 2.60 EUR. (or 12 EUR for 72 hrs unlimited public transport) Amenities: The combination shower/toilet/washbasin is accurately described. It is functional and clean but for a longer……

“Nice apartment, the neighbourhood appears to be a bit rough during the evening.”

“We were two families with four kids. The house was really good and nothing was missing. The kitchen was always the central point for our two families and was modern and perfect equipped. Normally the owner shuts the swimming pool down in the end of september but he was so friendly to leave it running during our stay. The Center of Paratico was in a good range by car and the restaurant tip was very useful. Thanks a lot👍”
