“Great location to the Valley and James Street. Good food and service. Second time I have stayed there would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near new farm or valley.”
“stylish design. friendly stuff.very nice details. complimentary mini bars include wines juice milk water...hotel concentrate on all the details. the best hotel in Brisbane. nice bar and many art pieces everywhere .historic lifts .everything special.unforgetable experience. ”
“Pros: Free minibar, helpful staff, have Alexa to play spotify music, bath robes, slippers, spacious bathroom, great shower and you can choose what kinda pillow you need. located in a valley which has almost everything that you would need. close to Brisbane airport which is good for catching morning flight.
Cons: the duvet cover was smelled a bit of wet when we arrived but it was taken care of when we raised the issue. shower gel smells of washing up detergent.”
“Georgous old building and the room was huge with 20ft ceilings. great bed and quiet which was surprising being next to main road.
minor issue is the breakfast was alacarte not buffet and the waitress couldn't understand what filtered coffee was???
i will stay again”
“We have a great time during we stayed here for eight days. Every staffs are well training and full of passion. The breakfast is awesome and also offer variance choice. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The hotel's location is really convenient. It's the best and the most valuable choice in Brisbane.”
“This hotel is located in the heart of downtown. Staffs are EXETREMELY friendly and helpful. We had wonderful time and definitely will stay there again when we visit Brisbane next time!”
“It is probably the WORST 4-star hotel that I have ever been to. The staff on the night shift was awfully rude - they would tease at you and offer unhelpful opinions. This hotel only provides one bottle of water per stay - it means if you stay in the same room for two days - you would still only get one bottle of water of 300ml. The rooms were dated and dirty. Some of the facilities obviously need some maintenance. The gym was so tiny and the breakfast was not a buffet style.”
