“Breakfast was solid—about half the time we ate there (2 out of 4 days), it was really good. The room itself was excellent value: very spacious, well laid out, and easily a 10/10. Having the market, Mercury, restaurants, department store, and more all within the hotel was extremely convenient. The location is a bit away from the beaches and main tourist areas, but it worked well for us—and we actually enjoyed the extra walking. The staff was helpful overall, though the split front desk setup……

“Urban Boutique Hotel is conveniently located between a 10 mins walk from station 2, or 5 mins walk from Bulabog Beach. The style of of the hotel is clean and minimalist, with friendly staffs always smiling and make you feel at home. “Arrived Boracay, off-season July, with no reservations at all. Sat on a wall with my tablet for over 2 hours, studying my options on Expedia, to try to make decision, evaluating all properties from their characteristics/reviews. My gut led me to choose this one; price was excellent around USD $30, it was at the upscale north end of White Beach (nr. station 1) and was ACTUALLY BEACHFRONT. I was not disappointed. It's not a luxury property but the location on Boracay, at the quieter, classier……
