“The perfect location. Not far from flint ridge and Nether's Farm which was the sole purpose for our stay. Also not far from the charming town of Coshockton. The apartment is just as described. Very charming. My favorite about it is the vintage doors. I would stay here again”

“Reeked of Marijuana from other tenants who were very loud.
Very drafty and cold with only a window unit heater and a large gap under the door.
Had to park in the front yard to get guaranteed in/out with other tenants
The company charged an unauthorized charge on my credit card after I requested and declined a quote for a possible extension but DID refund the charge immediately and stayed in great communication with me, answering all emails promptly at all hours of the day.”
