“Aura suites was a great respite from the noise, congestion and heat of Dar es Salaam. Great shower, bed, wi-Fi, tv, space. There was a safe in the room— very convenient. Nice supermarket next door. Really enjoyed our stay. ”

It was never communicated online or in the welcome information. We got there and found a dirty room with one towel and one pillow. The owner was surprised to see us and yet he had written to us through expedia to welcome us. The property have basics like slippers , tissue paper, soap, dish detergent and the owner is extremely rude. They also need to work……

“Its clean..garden is amazing and the environment in general is cool”

“Neighbourhood is the most filthy part of Dar es Salaam. Serious health concerns due to uncleanliness of both property and furniture inside. Owners moved me to a different property which also had issues of water. The showering water was coming out at a pace that it would take you 40 minutes to fill up a 20 litre bucket. I send the owner a video to which they promised to send someone to fix it, but they never. There is also serious electrical metre problem at the property . We kept on recharging……
