“Bellissima location nel punto panoramico di Spello. Accoglienza perfetta, ci ha ache aiutato a fare le manovre per parcheggiare. Letto comodo ed essendo inverno ci ha assegnato una camera calda e confortevole. Spero di trovare posto qui, la prossima volta che visiterò Spello.”

“We had an amazing time. The pictures don’t entirely do the view justice. It is a bit of a drive up the hill from Spello but the view is worth it and only 5 minutes from town. The house is well equipped and Stefano was incredibly helpful. The pool may be small but it was perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the sun with a cold drink. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.”

“I can’t put into words how much our family loved this property and the owners. Nadia will forever have a place in my heart. The home was immaculately clean and welcoming and there is something there for everyone and every age. I loved walking the property. Swimming in the pool and enjoying the magical views. Our family enjoyed every minute and Nadia checked in daily with us to make sure we always had what we needed. It is a beautiful short drive into town and there is everything you need……

“We have stayed before in Villa in Italy but this one is above any expectations. The house is stunning, the owner and people who take care of the place were super responsive and lovely to deal with. House could use some door screens (I think they are installing them) and maybe a few little things for the kitechen (we were a group of foodies who loves to cook) but they offered to get what we need and I can not imagine a better place. Location was great as it was 30 min walk to center of Folinio……

“The host was easy to communicate with. The location was closed to a public parking lot. But the most outstanding thing was a lovely apartment for the unique ceilings, the cleanliness and the feeling that you were back in time in old Italy.”

“This is a beautiful apartment and property! The views will knock you out and the place feels so beautifully historic with a gorgeous glamorous rustic design. We loved the animals that the owner had and even let them in for a visit. Someone else mentioned to bring slippers because the floor is cold and I didn't remember but do bring slippers. - It is a little bit of a drive to the town of Assisi but WOW! what a beautiful drive..In any case, we couldn't have enjoyed the place more, we hope to……

The bedroom upstairs is comfy and cozy however I wished one bathroom would be located in bedroom. This is the only nice feature about this apartment, the bedroom! The kitchen is dated and newer pots and pans should be made available. It is very dark in the apartment so your lights have to be on. “We hebben genoten van dit prachtig gelegen en goed geoutilleerde huis. De weg omhoog is echter nogal avontuurlijk. Jammer was ook dat de WiFi het niet deed toen wij er waren. Le Marche is een prachtige authentieke niet toeristische streek.”

Wir wurden sehr freundlich Empfangen,Natale ich glaube der Schwager hat uns Tomaten, Paprika Basilikum vom eigenen Garten gebracht. Super Freundlich und natürlich auch super lecker.Wir haben auch ein paar Tipps bekommen wo wir am besten die vorzügliche Umbriche Küche genießen können. Wir geben 5von5Sternen für……

“Un ete caniculaire mais la maison ancienne gardait sa fraicheur. Une vue imprenable, nombreux coins exterieurs sous les oliviers, piscine superbe. Une maison pleine d ame et de vie ,avec l equipement necessaire . Calme sans vis a vis . Un accueil chaleureux et Gabriele present si besoin ,discret et gentil. De bons conseils pour les productions locales... Excellent sejour!! Nous avons beaucoup aimé”

“Een ontzettend mooie vakantiewoning met een waanzinnig mooi uitzicht op Gualdo. Het zwembad is zeer groot met zelfs een kleine duikplank. De woning is ook helemaal compleet ingericht en bevat alles wat je nodig hebt. Gail betrekt je goed bij de voorbereidingen en voorziet je regelmatig van informatie en updates. Je moet wel bereid zijn om even in de auto te zitten voor bezienswaardigheden (1 uur). In de omgeving zijn voldoende goede restaurants.”
