"This was our first B&B experience, and we loved it! The house was charming, and we really enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The location was great—easy walk to downtown and to the benches along Lake Michigan for sunset. Be sure to book a day or sunset sail in advance because they sell out. Petoskey is also a beautiful little town, just 20 minutes away. Steffan was a wonderful host and truly wants you to enjoy your stay. And waking up to the smell of his homemade breakfast was the best—it was delicious! We’d definitely stay here again!"

"Everything about the property was great. The two people who I interacted with, probably the owners were very nice and helpful. Nice little breakfast was put out during our stay. Muffins were great. Rooms were just right and very clean. Very nice area to sit outside and relax at anytime. Enjoyed sitting out at their dock watching the sunrise and sunset. Perfect location for visiting Northport, leeland and Glen arbor. Would definitely recommend!!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The room was nicer than it looked online, but pretty straightforward. Breakfast was nice with lots of fruit. It wasn’t very noisy as some have said. We really couldn’t hear the road noise."
