「Excellent location right next to the harbour, just about 15 minute drive to popular spots like Neck Point Park and Pipers Lagoon Park. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were helpful even though I arrived a little earlier than the official check-in time. Parking was in reserved spots within a public parkade, but the hotel had its own dedicated elevator, and there were plenty of parking spaces set aside for hotel guests. 「The room had an odour of a bowel movement. We were called when we first arrived and told it was the mill outside that caused the smell. We were outside and did not experience the same smell. The window in the room was closed when we arrived. We opened the window and did not notice the same smell. Nor, unfortunately did opening the window help remove the smell from the room. In the end, we spent over $300, to stay in a room that stunk. Disappointed to say the least.」
