「I arrived quite late at night and left at breakfast the next morning so I didn’t interact with any staff. As such, I can really only review the room. 「My wife and I have stayed at the Cottage and Castle once before and have both times been extremely satisfied with the friendliness and helpfulness of Christina (the host) Whatever questions we have had to ask, we get immediate assistance! Our room was incredibly clean and organized, the beds were comfortable and the style was very intricate. Absolutely no problems and no negative feedback to give! Thank you for the wonderful stay! No descrption of where bedrooms and sleeping couches were. 3. The tv controller was missing so could not watch. 4. We had to search closets for bedding. 5. Didn't find the thermostat controls until next morning. These and other minor problems could be avoided if the was a printed orientation guide for all facilities. 」
