It is a nice place to stay. It has a beautiful view (mountain and water) and very quiet. I like it has a very spacious balcony where you can spend time with your friend to sit there and eat and relax.

This is a wonderful B&B located about 15 minutes from Ganges. It is high over the water, so it offers an outstanding view of the island, the sound, and the sunrise. Irina, our owner and host, was a delight to meet. Our room was large and comfortable, with a huge deck to sit out and enjoy the views and the fresh air. A beautiful garden was an unexpected plus.

Property is beautiful and well maintained. The Arbutus room has an amazing view overlooking the island. The host excellent and she even provided fresh baked bread and a few items for breakfast which is awesome. Only downside is the posted rates are for two travellers would not recommend if your Solo travelling as the rate stays unchanged.

Our stay at Armand Heights was fantastic!! The owner was so sweet and generous; she gave us fresh-baked bread and home made wine, complimentary to our stay! Room and garden was fantastic, would highly highly recommend!

Only okay. The bad: After arriving at the property, we were informed that using the second bed in the room would cost extra. How can you advertise a room with 2 beds and inform guests that they can only use one? This appears to be in violation of what was advertised on Expedia and is quite frankly, ridiculous. Did they not want to change the sheets on both beds?!?! Bizarre. Be warned. Credit cards are not accepted. Again, this is not mentioned anywhere by Expedia. Room deposits are placed on credit cards, but you can't fully pay for your room with your card. I can only guess this is because the owner doesn't want to pay the merchant fees associated with this. The property needs to be better maintained. Whether it was lights not working properly in the suite, the digital lock on the suite struggling, the front gate not opening on the first try - these things should be fixed. This is not what a 4 star B&B looks like. The good: The property is pretty. The landscaping is very beautiful, and the views are very nice. The location, although a little bit out of the way, offers a quiet, secluded setting, but only a 10 minute drive from town. The breakfast was good and Irina does try hard to make you feel welcome. She's very knowledgeable about the island and is a big enthusiast of what it has to offer. Conclusion: If you're stuck and can't find a place to stay at this price point, Armand Heights is an ok choice. However, at $350 a night, you can probably do better.

This is a beautiful property and the views are spectacular. The host is very caring… we loved the freshly baked bread, all the goodies laid out for us and the lilies bouquet on the table. The bed and the sheets were high quality. Will return again ❤️

We loved the owner's friendly nature and her dog was an added "welcomer" to the destination. Irene had beautiful gardens and made the best breakfasts, hand delivered to our door. It was wonderful to stay there.
