「We absolutely loved our room and the hotel and surrounding property plus truly appreciated the upgraded room! It is definitely a site to see on the inside and out. I think the only negative is the menu and food options. They need to work on the menu, food presentation and preparation. I think that it definitely needs some real improvements. Everything else was great! 」

「Kitchen needs an update on utensils/ pots / frying pan etc. Stuff was terribly wore out. Disappointing. Room was beautiful but seemed to be cleaned more thoroughly.. dirty floor, dust, cob webs from ceiling. We loved the location and experience and would return again providing some improvements in these areas. 」

「Although about 20 minutes from Whistler, the lodge provides a ski shuttle with friendly drivers and you can watch the beautiful scenery on the way to and from Whistler and save all the headaches of carrying your ski equipment and finding a paid parking space. Rooms are clean and spacious. The only problem is the range hood is noisy and not effective.」
