「Very helpful staff and willing to provide support to visitors. Interesting experience to live at the mountain. Nice hiking experience during summer. Gondola ticket included in the room fee. Quite value for money if you already decide to take the gondola at sunshine village. For visiting the hotel, people can either take the gondola and shuttle provided by the hotel. 」

「外牆太舊了」

「交通很方便，會附贈公車卡，環境很好，還能看到動物從窗外出現，設備也相當齊全，也能燒壁爐木材取暖，只是消防警示太敏感，容易因為生火而響起；另外關於洗衣設備，入住期間故障了，後續有修復一台，可惜洗衣精還要去櫃檯買(不要用房內附贈的洗滌粉，那是洗碗的，不是洗衣服的」

「We stayed at Painters Lodge for one night and unfortunately would not recommend it or return ourselves. Our check-in was delayed because our room was not ready. When we finally entered the room, the air conditioning was set to 15°C despite it being cool and rainy outside. The room felt very damp, and we were never able to get the chill out of it. 「Overall OK experience」

「Our Lodge was clean but dated. The sister hotel, Kilmorey, was across the street and much more modern. Upon accessing our room we enjoyed delicious, made at hotel lemon shortbread cookies. The front desk staff we dealt with (Caroline, Karli and Tonja were awesome and very welcoming. We had Uga in the dining room who also made our dining experience wonderful.」
