"Amazing amenities in the loft. Great kitchen Great close to a grocery, nice coffee shop, but I communicated 2 times about small concerns in the room and never got an answer back. Note they do not provide coffee packets for the coffee maker like most hotel do."

Restaurants were generally expensive with the expected tips of around 15%+ on top of the already high meal prices and taxes. However, the old Quebec City is beautiful and the city is a good base for other day trips, especially whale watching!
