The showers spread water everywhere and make the bathroom slippery and unsafe. We were moved from our first room to another room with a slightly better shower enclosure, but still not great. 「Beds were hard, last day there my husband took a hot shower, he opened the bathroom door and the fire alarm went off. Staff walked in when my husband was naked saying theres smoke in our room, when he saw the steam near the fire alarm he told us we had to leave bathroom door shut. There was no vent/fan in bathroom. Staff super helpful and friendly! I would recommend, maybe theu have softer beds in other rooms.」

Centrally located, just right next to the HB Beer House. I was lucky to be allocated a room at the corner facing the beer house. The room is not spacious but just manage to open 2 big suitcases. Minibar is free of charge and hotel.com also offered us a bottle of wine upon checking-in. Could bring your wine and consume at lobby bar.
Receptionists are sincere with smiles on the faces always. They were super helpful and offered us for lots assistance. Highly recommended. Worth to pay high room...
