“The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the wide range of amenities at Village Market makes it a convenient and enjoyable place to stay”

“This hotel is fantastic and a great value for what it offers. My stay was great from start to finish. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful - the airport pickup was quick, convenient and pleasant (if a little expensive), the staff at the front desk remembered me each morning and helped me print documents for my meetings. Food options are very good too. I visited the 24/7 coffee bar in the lobby at least once a day, enjoyed a drink by the poolside restaurant and finished my stay with dinner at……

“The tents were comfortable, bed clean sheets and cosy. Toilets and showers were separate basic but adequate clean and pathways well lit at night. Breakfast was nice and a good variety. All Staff were ectremely helpful especially in restuarant and reception. If you want a cheap night on arrival or departure from Nairobi then this is the place to stay. Swimming pool was lovely and plenty of garden areas to sit.”

“Strictly security system and safe enough to stay here. Quiet around and clean room . So staff at desk front are always warm heart to deal with your any requests.”

“Clean”

“We loved our stay here! We stayed for a wedding and everything was amazing. The hotel staff were so kind and lovely. The breakfast was so good with many options. We highly recommend this hotel in Nairobi, thanks for a great stay!”

“The staff and location are excellent. Security was friendly and amicable. Highly recommend the package deal including the breakfast, as it comes in handy if doing early tourist activities in the area.”

So, no Netflix, etc. For such a fancy place, at $300/night, that was very disappointing. Also, the food was a letdown. At least for the few items we ate: margarita pizza, cream mushroom soup, and ginger tea. Besides for those two areas, everything else was a 10/10. The hotel is also connected to a 1 minute walk to a……
