Nestled in an idyllic landscape of meadows and alpine pastures, the house offers plenty of space and privacy for a relaxing stay.

Its location in the charming mountain village of Muhr – part of the UNESCO Salzburg Lungau Biosphere Reserve – makes the property the perfect base for hikes, bike rides and visits to alpine huts in summer. In winter, the Katschberg and St. Margarethen ski areas are just a few minutes’ drive away.

The house stands on a fully fenced plot of approximately 800 m² – ideal for families with children and holidays with a dog. The large garden is perfect for relaxing and playing.

The holiday home has been lovingly renovated in recent years and combines traditional charm with modern comfort. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for self-catering. The bedrooms and living room are equipped with satellite TV, and streaming services are also available in the living area.

Parking spaces are located right next to the house. Shops and restaurants can be reached in under 10 minutes in nearby St. Michael im Lungau.
