“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”

“The room was large and well kept, the public areas were also spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. It is a few minutes walk from the cathedral and well situated. The restaurant food was great. Overall a lovely relaxing stay, we would stay again in a heartbeat.”
