Bad experience ever!
"No toilet paper and other amenities refill, been talked to the staff a few times and get ignored about bath tub stopper no one come and check or fix and unable to help us change the room. The hotel charged twice and still cannot get a refund… bad experience ever!"

"Hosts couldn't do enough for us..keot us safe by telling us how to travel and cheapest way..we travelled to Glasgow. They were at the end of the phone if needed..they even picked us up shopping to save us carrying. We had a nice relaxing holiday..would definitely do it again"
