“This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The place is located in one of the most dangerous parts of Ecuador, surrounded by crime and complete neglect. They simply ignored any requests or complaints and treated guests with disrespect. Many travelers, including myself, were forced to leave the hotel……

PESIMA EXPERIENCIA... NOS TOCO SALI A BUSCAR ALOJAMIENTO EN OTRO LUGAR. HORRIBLE”

“Relaxing and lovely grounds in safe and secure setting. Though I travelled alone, I have every intention to return with my family. The staff work hard to give the guests an excellent stay. I appreciated the cleanliness and efficiency. Overall, highly recommend.”
