The staff was great. The only problem was that other guest would let their kids in the pool without proper supervision. The kids would be eating at the pool side. So the stuff and my stay were great. I will be booking again to stay there. They are fast to respond to any issues as well. Love the hotel

I really loved our stay my kids are older so the convenience of two rooms were great. The view was amazing we were given a free upgrade to a deluxe suite. We only stayed 3 days, so we didn’t get to utilize everything.my only take ways was the hit water and lack of water pressure.

Walking distance to disney springs is a nice perk. Rooms are not good. You hear everything from other rooms. Alarm clocks, snoring, etc. Wouldn’t stay here if it was longer than 1 or 2 nights.
