「員工服務態度佳」

「Clean, nice, all you need for a good night. The only they refuse to give a late check out without charging me even though the hotel was empty 」

「Great location with the nursery on the same property. Nice to walk and look at the plants and cows.」

「We stayed at Grand Manor for two nights and three days as part of a special trip to celebrate our Mom’s 70th birthday. We chose the property primarily because of its proximity to the spa where we had her birthday treatment planned for the following day, so the location worked very well for our needs. Our communication with the host, Boipelo, was excellent. He was friendly, responsive, and made every effort to accommodate our requests throughout our stay. We especially appreciated his willingness...

「Very primitive hotel without the air conditioning though the web site of Hotels.com said "air conditioning". There was the frog in the bathroom. However the people there were good and friendly. It will be Ok if you want to experience the primitive life of the local South African. Otherwise you'll be disappointed. You experience the hundred years ago primitive life. Don't expect the modern life comfort. The African local dance show is great.」
