    This fully renovated 21 m² studio is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a small 1969 residence and offers a view of a historic building.

    - Théâtre de la Sinne (opera, ballet, symphonic concerts) 250 meters away

    You’ll find:

    - A comfortable sofa bed with a real mattress and thick bamboo pillows

    - A well-equipped kitchenette (microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, blender, fondue set)

    - A small outdoor balcony



    All bedding (cotton) and bath towels are provided.
