“This place was an absolutely wonderful find! Its location right off the motorway is incredibly convenient, and it’s a quick drive to Waterford. We were a family of four (with an infant) and were delighted to be allowed to check-in early as our room was ready. The room itself far exceeded my expectations; it was cleaner and newer than many dedicated hotels I’ve stayed in. The bathroom was spotless and modern, with excellent hot water and strong water pressure. Despite the presence of a bar……

“Had I known that the room and where we needed to register were in two separate locations (10 minute walk in the rain) I would not have booked this place. Parking was said to be easily accessible on the street was not true at the time. Other than that, the room was acceptable.”

“We had a great stay at the club house hotel! At first glance we were worried about the parking, but upon check in they directed us to the easy and safe parking lot behind the hotel! It was an easy walk up to our room, we were in the brand new part of the hotel. The room was beautiful and fresh, and had a great new AC system we appreciated since we visited during a March heatwave. The breakfast was fantastic, our first time trying traditional Irish breakfast. The staff was so helpful and……

I would highly recommend to communicate with the host ahead of time, because while the contact phone number is listed at multiple points on the property, it can be difficult for a traveler without phone service. I was traveling from another country and had data only, I was fortunate to have a local person lend me their phone so I could check in that first evening. That is my only advice for anyone wanting to stay……

“Only negative was that there wasn't an elevator. Staff in the bar/restaurant were very friendly and provided great service. Reception staff helped with baggage due to some of us being a bit incapacitated.”
