“What a beautiful little stay this was! So cozy and tidy. It was a lovely home and the area was a good place to be.”

“I wish I’d known in the listing that it was a basement apartment but the stay was very nice. The main bedroom was delightful and calming. We had a nice stay!”

“Really sweet place, lovely host, quiet neighborhood walking distance to everything you need. I would go back. But I wouldn't use VRBO - we had a terrible time checking in because VRBO system was down. They left us hanging for hours. Terrible customer service. I finally just walked up to the house and was able to get in via the very accommodating host.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! Our host Belladonna was friendly, easy to communicate with, and offered suggestions for nearby things to do! The unit was very comfortable and had plenty of space for two adults and a small dog staying for a long weekend. We loved seeing the upstairs neighbors two adorable friendly pups! The location felt safe-we took many walks to the New Seasons market and to Alberta Street and saw many people walking around the neighborhood. We had no problem finding street parking……

“Lovely room with a great patio in a cute neighborhood!”

“Great location! It's near to a lot of the spots we wanted to visit (e.g. Downtown Portland, Leach Botanical Gardens, Multnomah Falls, etc)”

“A fun place. Really big. Great for families.”

“Clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need in an organized studio apartment. The location was very convenient to the Alberta Arts District and a couple of good natural/organic grocery stores within easy walking distance. I had a wonderful time here and highly recommend this cute and comfy studio.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dora’s home. The beds were comfortable and had the best pillows ever. Dora is a great hostess and had a lot of great suggestions for places to visit. I would definitely stay here again if we visit Portland again.”

“This was the perfect little place for me to meet my best friend for a girls weekend in Portland. It was super clean, beautifully decorated, had all of the necessary amenities and was walking distance to several restaurants, shops and great coffee spots. My only "complaint" was, as the property description mentioned, it was quite noisy when there were people walking around above you and flushing a toilet/running water (it is a basement rental in a very old house). At first we thought it was the……

“Great location close to downtown and several restaurant zones. Great air conditioning for hot days. Our family of 4 were very comfortable. One child slept on the twin in the smallest room. The other 2 bedrooms are very generous in size. The king bed is exceptionably comfortable. Well decorated and well stocked for all those little things you might forget.”

“Everything was absolutely perfect. Very charming and cozy, the bed was very comfortable, it was nice to have little extras like coffee, toiletries. The location was perfect, had no problems with parking. Definitely would recommend this place to all my friends and family visiting this area. Looking forward to staying here again.”
