“Clean, maintained, helpful staff, easy check-in. Based my reservation on the recent reviews and was not disappointed.”

“We did not receive the room we booked with a pull out couch. We spent a full day trying to resolve the issue with the facility. The day manager simply told us he’d let housekeeping know we didn’t have a pullout couch. I’m not sure if he thought they were going to pull a couch down the hall from another room…they of course didn’t. The night shift manager gave us another room - a suite. We packed up our stuff and went to the new room that had a kitchen, but no pull out couch so we went back to our……

“The bed only has a thin blanket besides the sheet, so it doesn't provide much warmth if needed. Refrigerator in room wasn't very cold and lacked a way to adjust temperature, so our items we put inside were not kept at a cold enough temperature. The hotel is located right off of the highway, so traffic noise was very noticeable in our room.”

“Everything was good, some small details in regards with the door locks from rooms and bathrooms. Good breakfast and pool well cleaned.”

“There was a very bright light on the outside of the building that was shining right in our room. It made it hard to go to sleep. It’s room 109. So if you get that room, request another one. But everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The room could have used a little work, tub didn’t want to drain so had to unclog it and the shower head was spraying water when having it just run the bath. The waterpark was great though! Also breakfast wasn’t good, out of a lot of stuff, guy said truck didnt come.”

“The room was windowless. The air smelled like mildew and butt. The room was also preposterously small. It was also too warm in the room and the A/C unit didn’t work well. The bathroom door is a sliding barn door that was broken and didn’t seal - So you won’t miss a moment of your partner’s bathroom breaks. But hey, atleast you could buy an eight dollar white claw from the lobby. Would not recommend.”

“From my first step into the property you notice how nice it is! No steps even into front door, certainly a plus for those that find curbs a challenge. The men at the desk, coming and going, were extremely nice. The room was perfect!”
