Clean room great staff very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was lovely lots of variety and friendly staff. Thank you to the night staff for helping me get a train ticket another guest was kind enough to purchase it and I was able to pay them back. The location is good not too far from main tourist sites and travel is cheap.

The property is located nicely in the heart of Bandra West with easy access to local restaurants and shops. The staff are excellent and the rooms are comfortable. My only issue is air quality which may be nothing the hotel can control given Mumbai's pollution. I would recommend this hotel.

It’s my third time at the hotel but first since it changed to the Bloom chain. It has sadly gone downhill and management needs to step up and look after guests when things are not right. We had no hot water for a day. The breakfast room smelt of pesticide and construction for several days but the worst was the lack of soundproofing and responsible rental of their facilities. One night we could not sleep till almost 2 am because of the loud music from the rented basement party. We were 6 floors above the party room and staff would not do anything because it was rented out and management refused to answer their phones or support them. When we asked for support the manager was rude, reached out 2 days later after me asking several times and did not properly and promptly rectify the issue. Sadly I will never stay there again or recommend it.

This property is as good as European hotels and in some aspects exceeds them. The staff go above and beyond for guests, nothing is too much trouble. Morning breakfast is excellent and evening dinner is fantastic.

The property has the breakfast and dinner options. The food is very tasty. The staff go above and beyond for their guests. The rooms are well maintained, air-conditioned and comfortable.

Room felt claustrophobic. You had to walk through the shower to get to the toilet. I would say this is a 2* hotel. As a 2* it is a good place to stay for a budget traveler as they give a good breakfast. We had booked for 5 nights but left after 1st night as we were not able to stay there. Even though we let the hitel know if our discomfort at 7.00 am next morning they still charged us for the next night. We had checked in at 2.00 am

Loved the hotel decor, overall vibe and cleanliness. The room was spacious and I had a nice few of the street. Convenient bar/restaurants/coffee shop in the hotel. My shower was not working one evening (it was scolding hot water) but the front desk person brought me a bucket with colder water to mix with it so I was able to wash.
