Great little hotel

This is a great little hotel, the rooms are small, similar to what you would expect in Singapore. The hotel finish is very nice and it is very clean. We only needed a room overnight as we were catching a train in the morning and it is close to the station. We regularly stay in the Fort area and in other hotels of this quality but with larger rooms we pay double the room cost. Staff need some training on how to engage customers better and read customer booking requests.

Central location in Fort

Centrally located in Fort area. Although already paid, I was asked to pay at check in which was rectified. Near to shops and eateries. Allowed me to keep luggage after check out before I went to airport. Friendly staff. No housekeeping during stay at hotel.

Poor service in a Good location

Room: really small (I booked the Deluxe room, the Suite room seems little bigger), no drinkable water, no fridge, no kittle, no breakfast and noisy. The hotel looks good, it seems to been renovated, the location is also good (nearby restaurants and cafes).

Not so much small as tiny. Not as advertised

The hotel room was not as specified in the advert. Apparently I am not the first to complain about this I had to check out after one night, at great inconvenience. The staff were completely unconcerned about the problem - they did offer to change the room, but this only confirmed that no rooms were anywhere near the quoted size

Modern hotel in a great place, but very small

The hotel is located in a great location in Fort. Tons of things all around! It is modern and well designed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a few issues though: - When we arrived our sheets were pretty dirty and stained. We complained and they were changed. - The WFI was very unreliable. - The rooms are tiny and look much bigger on the website. When we mentioned this, the employee said that he knows about this, which was a bit annoying because it doesn't feel very honest. I suggest making a note about it on the website. - We left our luggage with them on the last day to guard, and when we came back, they accidentally brought it to someone's room because they don't have a system in place to mark who left what. Hope that they change this soon. Overall, the place is good and we would recommend it.

Great budget hotel in excellent location

This is a great budget choice in a convenient area. The hotel and rooms are quite small, and the stairs have some low ceilings but the rooms are relatively well furnished if very compact. Good TV channel selection in English and Hindi. My bathroom only had cold water as the hot water heater was tripped off somehow but it was hot so not a big deal. The hotel is a bit hard to find, if you are arriving on foot then it is between VT and Flora Fountain. There is a sign visible down an alley, look for the American Sweets store. From the airport a prepaid cab will cost 1200-1400 rupees, the driver will probably need to call the hotel for directions so try to have the number when you get there. You can walk from either VT or Churchgate train stations if you are light on luggage and it isn't too hot out, or a taxi is easy as well. You will probably want to try to use Flora Fountain itself as your destination for local taxis as the actual hotel is down a tight one way alley. This entire area is currently hard to drive in because of the huge Metro project. The hotel is well located but unusually for Mumbai it is peaceful and quiet at night. You can walk to almost anything in the lower Mumbai area from here, the Taj, Narriman Point, Marine Drive, etc. and are especially close to the museum and art gallery. There is a great English bookstore just down the street, and various shops and restaurants around. Left luggage facilities. Not a business hotel but a great travel one.

Taxi driver got lost for 20 minutes trying to find this hotel. The road was difficult to access by car. Room was tiny and not super well sound proofed, bed and washroom were fine.

Great hotel with good staff

me and my friend arrived in mumbai at night. we were confused to find the location of the hotel, and it turned out the location went into a narrow alley. I had a problem with Naughty uber, but the hotel staff helped me overcome them. I am very grateful to them. but the bell boy clerk was very stupid for leaving us in front of the hotel
