Very good stay, excellent staff.

Was a very good stay. Room was very good and quiet and the staff were extremely helpful. The the buffet breakfast selection was big and ranged from traditional Indian to continental. There were also a few resturants withing minutes walk like the Persian Darbar.

Extremely disappointing stay

Absolutely unprofessional staff and hotel. More than 4 hours for checkin. Hotel refused to give invoice upon repeated asks. In my 10+ years of hotels.com, the worst experience- very disappointed. Experience ruined my vacation

The hotel experience was quite disappointing. Despite booking online, we were asked to pay extra upon arrival. Even after paying, the promised service was not provided. The reception staff were unfriendly and seemed more focused on extracting additional money at every opportunity, such as for early check-in, late checkout, or an extra bed for a child. The room was in poor condition, with visible cracks and peeling paint. When we arrived late at night, the floor was wet and sticky, which was blamed on the air conditioning. The staff refused to clean it. We requested extra towels but did not receive them. Although we paid for an extra bed, it was never provided, with excuses about unavailability or lack of space. Overall, the experience was not worth the price. The conditions and service were very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was not clean. The staff were really good and helpful. There were 2 windows 1 was frosted over the other was in the hallway, half frosted and you could see the towers, but you could see people passing by.
