Worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life.

This place is a disaster and I can’t believe you had it on your list. It was filthy the sheets were dirty the walls dirty and when I was checking into hotel they informed me that the price was your mistake and charge 550 more They had people coming and going at all hours and the WiFi was not working otherwise I would have made different arrangements. All I can say is it was deplorable.

The hotel inside looks NOTHING like the pictures - not the lobby and not the room. The room was covered in **black mold***. Black mold can cause serious infections and or kill you. The corner ceiling near the bathroom was almost complete black and discolored. The window in bathroom was broken so mosquitoes were in and out. The hotel did not want to give a refund. It was like something out of a horror movie. Expedia should dump this hotel asap.

A rip off and total lies.. all was a FRAUD

As published in Hotels.com, the hotel room, which pics were put up on the website, looked decent and acceptable. As I require wifi a lot in our business, my first choice was a hotel room that comes with free wifi and free breakfast, which seemed available in the hotel. Unfortunately, the room I got was not as published in the website: - the room was smelly with dirty floors from the corridor to the room. - the floor was filthy and everything in the room was old and not refurbished or maintained. - the toilet was filthy from the toilet bowl to toilet floor. - toilet bowl was disgusting, toilet seat underneath was not cleaned and full of human waste. - no toilet paper, no soap, no shampoo or conditioner. - no hot shower, no pressure. - only one towel provided. - bedsheet was full of stains. - no breakfast provided except for tea and bread. - no wifi in the room, only on the ground floor. The condition of the room was so intolerable that I could not sleep at night and had no choice but to check out the very next morning. I have been traveling a lot and have booked many hotels around the world but never we felt this cheated this way. The whole info on the hotel page was a rip off and total lies! From the 2.5 Star rating to the pictures to the free stuff available, all was a FRAUD.

Bad Hotel with bad service and terrible rooms

In website was written there is internet wifi.There was no internet in the hotel,just gym internet,what makes u uncomfortable to go out from your room,to the gym sit there and use.Rooms looked bad,not nice at all.Plus we had fight with manager or a guy who works in reception.He struggle with internet and information.He was not sure if we paid.So we show phone message.But he still was not sure,so he start talk no sense if we can show bank reciept.Was unknowledge and noizy person.They are suppose to be happy that we come there and give us good service.But that doesnt happen.Our experience bad.And rooms we do not like.

Not Too far from Consulate

Stayed here for two nights and rented two rooms. The internet is only in the lobby area making it tough to use no privacy and noisy. No hot water in one of the rooms, bathroom very dirty in other. Staff was friendly. No other problems.

The rooms are honestly a little depressing. If you are even borderline suicidal, do avoid this place. The walls have the paints peeling off; the only window in the room was equipped with an a/c and was more or less inaccessible. The room doesn't have wifi [it's only in the lobby]. There's a 1-foot perimeter in the room around your bed that is walkable. Pros - great cafe next door and location is very close to the train station <== huge plus
