The room was stopless, the staff were very nice and accommodating. I was in Mumbai to celebrate my birthday and they did everything to make it special even a ballon display. My stay was very comfortable and would stay again.

Nice welcome at the door from the gate and door staff but that's where the pleasantries ended. Reception somewhat indifferent, not at all helpful or welcoming. Room (ITC One) absolutely huge but feels dated. Marvellous views from the windows to the Mumbai skyline. Breakfast has good Indian and western choices in a dining room style. Good pool and gym. Irish bar on site and a couple of restaurants. Overall, very underwhelming and easily forgettable I'm afraid. Probably wouldn't return unless other similar establishments full.

The Grand Central place to stay.

Our stay was amazing and very satisfying. The rooms were spacious and clean. All amenities in place. Good wifi. Great food. Quick check in and check out. Good location very central.

Worth every penny ! Highly recommended!

The overall experience was near perfect. This would definitely be my go to hotel every time i ll be in Bombay. Their breakfast spread was amazing, fresh and delicious. It was worth more than i spent. Despite booking last moment, they didnt really rip my pocket off. Highly recommended 👌

This hotel is very elegant, we stayed at 3 different hotels in India during our 15-day trip, the ITC Hotel is by far the best property out of the 3, although it is about $40 more per night than the other two properties. Still it made a huge difference in elegance. Location is also pretty good as it is close to multiple touristic attractions in south Mumbai and a couple of shopping malls.

I booked this place for my parents, they loved the service and hospitality. Overall a pleasant stay One thing though, I asked for a birthday gesture for my dad, but somehow the greeting card addressed my sister instead of my dad, even I asked for that specifically. I think it might have happened as i booked the room under my sister name. My family was a bit confused lol as I wanted to surprise them with this pre celebration and couldn't figure out. Not a big deal, but I hope so next time please be careful about the arrangements haha. Hope to stay next time soon

5 star luxury in off-centre location

Inevitably, perhaps, our stay at the Grand Central was fantastic. This was our only 5 star hotel stay in our 3-weeks in India so we don’t have anything to compare it with, but its splendour, comfort and quality shone through in every detail. We opted for the Executive Club Exclusive because it has the window seat which made for a fabulous spot to relax. We had the breakfast which, though primarily Indian fare, catered for all tastes. Uber is so good in Mumbai that to us it wasn’t that important which neighbourhood we stayed in, but Parel isn’t the loveliest of locales.
