Excellent property! Staff were fantastic very helpful and arranged early check in as we were there at 9am after an overnight flight. Comfortable rooms and great pool area (only 3 sunbeds!) more needed - apart from that it was excellent. Great stay and close to airport or city for longer stays.

Excellent service and staff led by Renisa, Sheil, Likhil, Zarar and Sandysa. And the ambience of the hotel is fabulous. They were helpful beyond expectations on check in and other help we needed during a short transition. The breakfast is generous and has wide selection. That team too 👌👌Will always use this hotel when in Mumbai. Highly recommended.

Great service from check in to check out. particularly grateful to the bell person who helped me navigate a ride to the airport using Uber since a hotel car was not available. Not exactly sure why it was so complicated to arrange a transfer to the hotel and then again from, but glad for the help when it was needed. Thank you!
