This property was very old and there was a cockroach in our bathroom. The vicinity while near the airport was a slum area. The staff were pleasant enough but Arjun from housekeeping was especially helpful in packing and shipping to me in Delhi some items that were left behind after checkout. Overall not entirely unpleasant however I would not stay at this LaLit in the future.

Hotel is a bit old now, staff are great and that’s what makes me come back, only one memeber of staff was a bit abrasive but everyone else was super kind and friendly. The breakfast was great and I even had dinner on site a couple times which was a great selection.

Good stay

The hotel itself is ideally located for the airport and for other transport modes. The lobby is grand and beautiful, check in process smooth. We had to change rooms due to a couple of issues, this was a smooth process. The hotel as lovely as it is, some areas the wear and tear is quite visible, much that could be remedied with a spot of maintenance. Staff lovely and welcoming, food was delicious and reasonably priced.

Nice business trip

Fresh and nice and large. Breakfast more on the asian/indian side but you can get eggs and some bread if you look for it. I had the move early two mornings and got quite deacent packed Breakfast when i asked for it. Very easy reach for the airport!

One and a half day in Mumbai.

A great hotel with a perfect location regarding the airport. When I arrived, I walked, but it’s reccomand to use a tuktuk because of traffick. It's only 100 Rupis, 1 USD. Very nine rooms, good bar and very helpful staff. It’s around 25 km to city center, but with a uber, it’s 600 Rupis, around 5 USD. If I have a short stop in Mumbai in the future, I will go back to this hotel.

The check in was excellent, quick and easy. The breakfast was not equipped for vegans or dairy free options. Very little vegetarian options and only spicy hot food. Difficult to get soya milk when I asked the staff. Asked 4 different waiters and 3 never came back to me. One went out of his way to get me sorted with soya milk. The waiters should know where to locate this for coffee and it should be available near to the cereals. The music in the restaurant was too loud and tedious, not relaxing. Property location is excellent but a safe path to be able to walk to the airport should be installed so you can walk to airport to be able to get exercise prior to boarding long haul flights. Hotel in general is excellent but needs a total overhaul of its breakfast buffet to accommodate food allergies.

A flying 3 night visit here for a birthday, resulted in a stay at the conveniently located LiLat Hotel, right near to the airport. An early arriving flight was met by a pre-arranged LiLat car, on time and efficient when we were delayed through the long immigration queues. Into reception with an early check in request, but a wait was necessary. The hotel was fully booked overnight with conferences and weddings, a common but understandable theme here. They informed us we could wait by having breakfast, moving the last days breakfast to now, useful and helpful but when we arrived at the restaurant, confusion occurred which made things awkward. Breakfast was nice and plentiful however with friendly staff. Check in was allowed around 11am, and up to our club room on the 6th floor. Spacious. Spotlessly clean. Free water and a basic pay minibar. Bed was comfy. The club lounge was not serving drinks, so evening drinks and tasty snacks were provided between 6.30pm and 8pm in the main hotel bar. Fantastic service here, and lots of choice. Best lounge bar benefits we have experienced. The Indian restaurant is high end, amazing food and service and not too expensive. Well worth a visit. The handy pool area just off the main 24/7 restaurant is appealing, free sun beds and towels. A bit chaotic on our visit with wedding guests. This hotel is secure, clean, friendly and popular with commercial events. We would visit again but only for a short stay. BeLu 28-31JAN24.
