This property looks nothing like what it’s in the pictures. I’ve called Expedia to cancel this reservation several times. Please don’t book from Expedia. Their customer service sucks and they won’t help you with cancellations

Hidden gem off the street side
Very nice staff. Clean room, comfortable bed and great amenities. Breakfast was good, as was lunch in the restaurant.

I booked this for my parents. The staff was nice and friendly and they helped them a lot. Only room was a bit small but it was clean and neat. The hotel is at very nice place. There are places to eat near by and also hotel breakfast is great.

Everything was perfect, their restaurant is also best. They have bar, after work its really nice to drink something. Next time i will come, im gonna stay here. All of the stuffs were amazingly perfect.

Every thing is fine, but some issues in the bathroom. Water pressure in the shower is not stable. One moment, scalding hot water comes from the shower and next moment it becomes icecold on its own. That is uncomfortable. The toilet flush is not easy to operate.

Booked as one night only but somewhere hidden in it condition "day use from 9am to 6pm". So how is this one night booking, it's con. When I arrived there my booking already cancelled, had to pay extra to stay for the night. IS IT DAY OR NIGHT? I was told it's a software problem. It's a deliberate attempt to CON people like I.

Sir, you booked a transit day stay room when you wanted to stay overnight, in the room category its clearly mentioned by expedia, please don't blame expecia for your mistake

Hotel Orchid Chembur - A Great Place to stay
An excellent place to stay for families in heart of Central Mumbai. Service was very good in spite of obvious shortage of staff due to covid. Reception was handling multiple tasks but the team rose to the occasion. We were quite impressed. This was our third stay in the hotel and we have decided to make the hotel our home for future visits. Well done, Hotel Orchid👍

Decent stay
Nice quiet place in a busy area. Staff was extremely helpful with early checkin, room service. Stayed for 2 days. Has a lot of shopping and dining options. The restuarant attached to the hotel is also good. North India dinners were good, so was the breakfast.checkout was also very smooth and hassle free.

Chembur Royal Orchid Hotel experience
We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and attentive to our requests. The only real issue is each room allows only two devices for internet connection, thus for two people with their phones cannot add a laptop and the internet is on the slower side. The hotel is near to main shopping areas and has an elevator. Thus all in all was a good stay at the hotel.

Convenient Hotel for a Quick stay
Nice hotel for a quick short stay. Service was good. Bathroom drains need to be cleared. Water backs up. Hair Dryer must be installed in rooms. Overall Service is good. Convenient location.

Nice hotel for a quick stay. Convenient location. Bathroom could be better as the drains seem to be clogging and need to be cleared. Hair Dryer must be installed as part of every room. Hotel is short of hair dryers. Service is good.

Nice hotel for short stay
Convenient hotel in a good location close to shopping and center. Stay was comfortable. Had little hiccup on check in as no rooms were available on early check in. Had to wait, but the manager was nice to get me upgraded although at a steep cost which was a bit of set back. Otherwise, overall service is good. The hotel bathroom drains need to be cleared as they clog and water fills up in the bath area. They seem to be short of hair dryers. Travelers will find it convenient if they stock each room with a hair dryer. For the cost, I think fitting a hair dryer in the room should be reasonable expectation.
